error code 4SNS/1/C0000008:TLOp--124 to 27 imac hardware

Question

FAN NOISE ISSUE on 27 inch iMac, on OS 10.6.8.

I have done the Hardware check press D from Disk supplied.

I got error code 4SNS/1/C0000008:TLOp--124 to 27 imac hardware on the 3 Min Test

& then on the longer test Error code :4SMC/1/4000000SMC

Is it possible to fix this issue without sending for away to Apple to repair ?

Failed so far :

I have done the SMC reset , PRAM reset & disk utilities repairs, etc , still FAN Noise ?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 27 inch
