I had no problem opening the file either - but obviously the OP had a problem.

I pointed this discussion out to you since you were asking about those rude and condescending responses that we get from time to time from the OP's. The guy made me feel like a schmuck. Sometimes - you have to consider the obvious when someone posts just to make sure that they are proceeding in the proper fashion.

I personally found the OP's response to be insulting and dismissive to me - the discussion was just an example of that type of behavior.

Ok, so perhaps the response to things like these is:

"The help will be commensurate with the payment"

"You got your money's worth"

And it is annoying to help, give advice, and in some cases over and over working out a really tough problem only to never hear back, not even "it worked".

When you start helping out on here, don't quit your day job 😝

Insulting and dismissive? Oh sure, but I get that all the time. Hand it out too, of course.

I more remember the ones that just make me laugh out loud. The last one I remember was from a cranky gal (I think) who grunted out something like "Hey if I wanted to take all the time to actually explain what it is that I am trying to do then I'd just talk to Apple ....".

Here is my response and I got a "Correct Answer" to it!

Yes, the button labeled "Sync" causes a sync to take place. If you're connected with a cable when you click the "Sync" button, the sync will be via cable. If the cable is disconnected (and WiFi sync is enabled), the sync will be wireless. If the cable is disconnected and WiFi sync is not enabled, the button will not be present because it's not possible to sync.

Remember: "Sync" means sync.
