Can I lock a pages document on iOS??
Is it possible for me to lock a document I created using the pages app on ios for my iPad 2 because I want to create a personal journal without other people seeing it

no, no way to lock down. But you could backup to a cloud service of some kind that they do not have access to, but can be saved to and downloaded from when you require it using your password.
