How do I transfer my photos from my iTouch to iTunes on my computer? I am using a photo app called Camera+

FromGoogling then it apears to place the photos in the iPOd's Camera Rall and you go thos from the iPOd to the computer by:
Copying personal photos and videos from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer
