How do I restart an audio book from the beginning?

downloaded a book and it started playing - can't figure out how to restart the book from the beginning. Any help would be appreciated

Press the Previous button on the Clickwheel.

Chris is totally correct. In addition, if you press the center button while it's playing the book (or any song for that matter) you can use the wheel to "scrub" through the piece, going forward or backwards at high speed to any spot you want.
