Why are the videos not playing properly? they are jittery and cutting out sound

Undfortunately, you haven't provided us with any useful information to offer a suggestion or a solution. We need to know the Mac model you're using, the version of Mac OS, RAM, hard disk space, program or browser that you're using to view these videos, at the actual links to the videos you say you're having trouble with.

In addition, what version of Flash are your running?

All of this is relevant to the problem.

If you still use an old Mac OS, the last one being dated 2001 (an update, in fact) on an old mac, I assume you cannot do it better, but give some details, though. We cannot guess what you have there.

I don't use a Mac I have a PG and all of my versions are up to date! my videos are jittery and sound cuts in and out. But when I put only the audio on a CD it plays just fine!

Pretty good news, but I ask: why are asking this here, if you do not have mac? May I humbly ask what operating system are you using?

I am trying to get infromation about itunes and this is where I landed. I realize Mac users are serious computer people and the rest of us wasting our time, but it happens to be all this Grandma can afford. Pardon me for asking for help. ITunes is NOT a user friendly service if you have a problem, that is for sure. Perhaps you can offer me a place to go for the kinf of assistance I need and that will help me!

Could you please indicate where is the word ‘iTunes’ specified in the title of this thread? Do you use iTunes for playing video? iTunes is very friendly indeed, and if a new user may find it unfriendly he/she should tell clearly what is his/her problem, we cannot guess, really. I for one cannot.

My problem is the videos will not play right. They jump and the sound cuts off and on. More off than on. Why I am here is this is where the i/tunes help guide took me.
