Use MacBook as keyboard for PC

Hey,

I use a MacBook and a PC, often simultaneously. Now I find it really annoying to have the keyboard of my PC in front of my MacBook.

So I was wondering if there was a way to use my built-in MacBook keyboard to control my PC?

Is there a way to route the "keyboard-signal" out of my MacBook?

I ask this because currently I have a USB Hub/Switch with a mouse and an external keyboard connected. This switch allows me to quickly change which computer I'm working on. Now if I could remove the externe keyboard with the signal of my MacBook keyboard, that would be so awesome..

Any help?

Kind regards!

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5)

Actually there is. I tried synergy and it's working perfectly. It's an open source software that allows me to use my built-in MacBook keyboard to operate my PC and also to move my mouse over from my MacBook to my PC monitor.

With all due respect, but next time rather say nothing instead of "there isn't a solution", because if I wasn't so stubborn I might have given up.
