Mypublisher or Apple Photobook

I have used my publisher in the past on my PC and was pleased with the results. I am a relatively new Mac and Aperture user. I want to make a photo book and I am wondering whether I should just make it in Aperture and use Apple to print the book or if I should download the my publisher app and use that. Im thinking it might be easier in Aperture, but maybe no difference. Also I like my publisher because they always are having specials pricing deals, two for one, etc. Does apple photo books ever offer any discount pricing? Any thoughts on which company I should use?
