You are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user forum who try to offer support to others.  Firstly I would advise your network carrier that your iphone has been stolen and change any passwords you have had stored in the iPhone.  If you set up Find My iPhone you might be able to track the iPhone if it is turned on and connected to internet and yu can also wipe the iPhone remotely.  However, if you did not set up Find my iPhone then it is doubtful you will see your iPhone again as the thief has probably already wiped your iPhone and restored as a new iPhone and sold it on. Some carriers will block the iPhone but I think this is very much down to the carrier and not all with offer this support but it is worth checking.  If you want to check what warranty you have on your iPhone go to this link and put your serial number in https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do.  Good luck

No. This is a user forum. No one here can do anything. If you had Find My iPhone set up on the phone, you can log in to iCloud.com and track / lock / erase the phone.

If not, there is nothing you can do other than notify your carrier and the police. Well, that and change all of your passwords, notify your bank of any potential compromises of your account, etc.

    Did you follow these steps?

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

That is all you can do now.

Other than what has already been posted in this thread, there is not "another solution".

    There is NO SOLUTION.

    It's a brick.Useless. A doorstop. A paper-weight.

You have encountered activation lock. Activation lock is an anti-theft system designed to make an iOS device useless to anyone but the rightful owner.

If it is locked with an account that is not yours, your only option would be to physically present Apple with the original proof of purchase from an authorized source, and the device itself. If you can do so, they can remove the lock.

Since Apple does not do business in Iran at all, I think it's a safe assumption that you will not be able to do that.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

    Recycle it.

Really. Really sorry and I try never to support the company on the fascia Apple products because if another company was quick for me to do factory state.

Thank you for the comments though useless
