iPhone 4S disconnects bluetooth pairing in car

Upgraded iPhone 3 to 4S. Love the phone but hate that it disconnects the bluetooth pairing in my car. I have to pair the devices every time I get in the car.....which is a lot. Any ideas? Fixes? Work-arounds?
