iMovie How to slow down credits scrolling?

You need to make the credits longer by dragging one of the ends of the title bar. They will scroll fast enough to cover the credits in the allotted time.

If the title is over a background (rather than over a video clip), you may also need to separately extend the background clip - either by dragging out the end or using the Inspector to adjust the duration of the background. Having extended the background, you can then extend the title, as explained by AppleMan.

All you have to do is go into the inspector and put the length time of your clip to a longer time so they will last on the time elapse.
