How long should it take Apple to ship an empty box/bag?

Hi guys,


I've currently got two iPod Nanos which are valid for the Replacement Program. I ordered both boxes/bags on the same day and the first came within a couple of days and has now been sent back to Apple. Problem is, i'm still waiting on the other box. The order status shows as 'Empty Box Shpped' on 16/11/2011, but it hasn't been delivered and (even worst) i can't find the details of ANYBODY at Apple to speak to about this on the website.


Can anybody help?

Sorry, i'm just struggling to find contact details for them. Is it only the phone number? I was kinda hoping i could email them... The online support site doesn't give me a chance to speak to anybody without paying for Express Lane.

I was hoping you weren't going to say that; I can only access it using the iPod's serial number, and then it says that it's not covered. Therefore, Apple will only speak to me online if i pay.

There isn't a number on either. I got Apple to give me a call back using Express Lane, so thanks for your help with that.


It's just a shame there isn't a publicly-available email address as i'm sure there are a lot of people (like myself) who would just rather email than call. And then i guess there's accessibility concerns if you're profoundly deaf...
