I got my new iPhone 4s in the mail today that i ordered from the apple store and now I'm trying to use location services on siri and she says that we have to be in america to use them how do i fix this?

siri location service is not available in all countries maybe your country is not supported yet
That is correct. Apple have stated on their web site that Maps and local search support will be available in additional countries in 2012. Have a look here http://www.apple.com/iphone/features/siri-faq.html
