Does time machine backup all users on a machine

I have a Macbok Pro with 3 users. I just bought an iomego eGo portable HD. My Time Machine preferences excludes nothing. I would like to know if Time Machine is backing up the other users data. If not, will backing up their data (uner their profile) erase mine?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Time Machine will back up the whole hard drive, including all users on it, unless you have it set to back up only certain folders.

Yes. They will be backed up.
