I'm using my Macbook Pro i7 headphone out with a stereo cable 3.5mm on one end from the Mac and it splits into two into another computer's audo interface L & R.So when Im recording the Mac output in analog into the L&R of another PC, the sound across the speakers seems dull and Mono?But when I play back what I've just recorded its in full stereo ?How can i get the Mac to play out "in stereo" - I don't think i've had this before?
