VPN Server Port

I created an incoming VPN connection on my Lion server.
Now I need to know which ports should I open on my firewall to allow connection to my Mac.

Apple publishes this list.

If L2TP it is 1701 UDP. If PPTP it is 1723. You may need additional to support IP'Sec. Plus if firewall has the service and you only have one IP you may be stuck.

Yes,
Forward UDP 500,1701, and 4500 to the IP address of your server.
The VPN on OSX is very stable once you get it working.
It works!
