Q: error code (-50)

I have been trying to download some movies and T.V. shows from itunes and partially through i get an error code.

Does anyone have a fix for this. I had called apple about the problem all they did the first time was returned my money and

said sorry. I would like to be able to purchase movies from itunes. If anyone can help me please contact me.

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Try this support article > iTunes Store: "Error (-50)" when downloading purchased content

I've done all of these steps and I still get the same error. I'm trying to download one of the free TV shows from the iTunes store. Any other suggestions?
