Ipod Do-it-yourself repair? I don't get it.

I submitted a form online. My ipod touch home button is stuck, and I explained that in the form, and the only option after "Button and Switches - Home Button" was "Power Adapter, USB, iPhone/iPod, 45x45mm-CAN".

I got this email:

Dear ****,

We have received your request for a Do-It-Yourself repair for your IPOD TOUCH (4TH GENERATION). Your Repair ID is **********

Serial Number: *******

Problem Description: Buttons and Switches - Home button

and then listed "Power Adapter, USB, iPhone/iPod, 45x45mm-CAN"

and then a couple of other paragraphs.

Are they sending me a power adapter?

Thank you for responding
