How do I sync iCal (or iCloud) with my blackberry

I am running OS X 10.7.2 and found that I am unable to sync my iCal with my blackberry torch 9810. The message I am getting from Blackberry is please launch iCal and create a new writable calendar. Any help would be appreciated.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
