cant print invoice...

" The signed in account does not have access to this order. "

why cant i open my invoice?

hallo,

follow the link on the order number you got in your email then enter apple ID and PSWD -> print invoice

i hope it will help you , if not maybe you have the same problem i have with my other order number

it didn't work????

when i entered select the "print invoices" it says :


"we're sorry

Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later.

The signed in account does not have access to this order."

if you found a way i'll b glad to know

This is funny isn´t it. But annoying that apple hasn't tested the invoicing system they use for millions of invoices every day!!!

Don't you think that after 4 years since the this post was originally started, the person got the paper to print at some point?
