I have an iMac with iWeb shortly after purchasing I was unable to get a mobileme account and really want to use iWeb for website but what host accepts iWeb?????

All website hosting servers can host an iWeb site. Just make sure they offer Unix hosting and not Windows. I switched from MMe to HostExcellence.com. This may be of some interest to you: Life After MobileMe.

Personally, the host I use is A Small Orange (Google it). Their customer service is nothing short of astounding, and their tiny plan is plenty big enough for any iWeb site and cheaper than most of the overselling webhosts out there.
However, as Old Toad said, any web host will work for iWeb. Look around, check out reviews, and pick one!
