Q: Cannot update iPhoto

App store is one big crap.Here is my story:

I bought a lots of apps almost half are not updating , When i go to Update all , i type my password and then update all , what i get is: The application could not be downloaded.

The requested URL was not found on this server.

I wrote the App store asking to fix it or refund me. Here what I get:

Specific request: This app didn't function as expected

Item title: MacCleanse

Details: I am trying to update this app since December and it won't update.

It starts the update and stops .

Here is what I get:

The application could not be downloaded.

The requested URL was not found on this server . Please refund me since I bought The software of CLEANMYMAC and this works great.

The MacCleanse doesn't function right.

What was the answer from the App store Sorry we cant refund you and thats it read our return policy .

Ok cant refund then FIX IT help me resolve it , I just got egnored and no answer what so ever. How rude is that person that I do not want to menssion his name but if I dont get help i will post his name and his answer .

I will never buy through the App store I will finish my credit and go direct pay more and get help .

Sugestion guys find the App you want and connect the vendor pay a bit less and get your VIP help not the $10.00 an hour Apple workers behing the screens that answers your questions , Some are good and many are just Unknowlageble people that go through a week cource and take the job.

Hope Apple reads this and see why this rep doesn't help to resolve my problem.
