how does one speak to a live person in itunes billing

Have a charge on my credit card that I don't recognize & had to call the credit card company to dispute it as I could not get to a live person at billing for itunes. Anyone know how to get through to a "live" person?

This may indeed be the case, I find it unacceptable that a big company as in Apple's Itunes does not provide real live support to its clients. There is so much, I assume a call centre overseas can do. And due to some unforseen circumstances unable to help and many times unable to understand the issues and circumstances. A company making Billions of dollars a year should and must, as customer service dictates, have ultimately a live person to listen to me and its clients.

@vazandrew

Exactly, we can agree or disagree. Having worked in a call centre in Canada for over 17 yrs, w overseas operations as well, I understand that not all issues can be solved by a generated computer message. And that humans, clients, like to know that they are being understood. I have been trying to contat Apple direct, and get re-directed to the only option of email. Following and filling in entries of F1 and so on, lacks one thing we, as human species need is emotion.
