if you have a texting app on your iPhone, will the number you text on the app show up on your phone bill?

so say i download a free texting app on my iphone 4, will those numbers that i text through the app show up on my phone bill records?? and also, when i use the HeyTell app on my iphone 4, do the numbers that i heytell show up on my phone bill records?? HELPPP!!!! AND THANK YOU!!!

How did you even format your post that way? It's very hard to read!

Numbers you text don't generally show up on phone bills - at least, not on AT&T - your carrier may vary. Third party apps will use only data, not the phone system, so no, they won't show up.
