Q: My iMac will not connect to Cannon MP620 wireless printer,

I keep getting error 306, when I try to install printer it finds MP620 but adds address of my sons mac pro lap top any ideas

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Without any informantion on how you attempted to install it it's impossible to help you. However here are instructions for adding a printer including wi-fi printers. Printing Overview OS X Lion

I used the Cannon set up CD. Not sure why but after 3 days of trying finally have it working.
