I bough MacBook Air in Dec,2011, but after I reinstall my OS X with Internet, all of software(iLife) lost, because Apple not give anyone DVD or USB-Disk!
I ask the Support and wash many money for phone, but nothing got.
Them said, "there is nothing I can do, you need bough again for iLife."
What can I do?
Maybe I can call Apple Product and Support - "Really spam"?

did they explain to you why it could not be restored? Or did you not ask? And AppleCare phone technical assistance is free for 90 days after the purchase of a new mac, so I'm not sure what you mean by " wash many money for phone".
1. Them tell me that I erase my SSD before reinstall, so my account not bind to iLife, I need bough again.
2. In the china, the suport phone 400 is not free, I call them and need waiting over 10 minutes, so I said I wash many money on support phone.
3. I request an Express Lane, but I do not anything in all day. but them send me a mail, them said that them can call my phone but I am not received. I do not known why other peoples call me fine today except Apple.
You can download the iLife package from the MAC app store. It will be free if you log in with the account you had before you restored the macbook.
By the way. I just wanted to say that instead of saying "Them tell me" Replace 'them' with 'they' It's just because it's confusing for some people. 🙂

I contact Support because I can not download iLife myself.
My Mac Air bough from HK Suning not Apple IFC, the Support tell me, maybe my Mac first running is not by me, there is nothing they can do.
I do not known, I have the Mac and Account, why Apple can not setting permission for me?
By the way, this is first I using Apple product, but the Mac send to me less than a week, I regret that I bough Apple product, awful Support and Software except a good Hardware.😟
For example, I try to move a file into Trash and restore it to origin position, I am Google two days, I got nothing, someone said we can use menu "restore", but I can not found this menu in Lion 10.7. for comparison I can do so simple on the Windows.
I understand how frustrated you are. However my experience at apple has always been good with excellent service. What I recommend you do next time you buy another apple product is order it from apple .
I ask you. Why can't you download 'iLife' yourself? If you can't, i'm afraid but ther may be no other way.
To restore something in trash right-click and click 'Restore'

1. 前几天和客服联系，我使用Express Lane服务，但是填写了几次请求，只收到邮件回复，说是联系不上我。我就纳闷了，同一时间段其它给我打电话的，无论是座机还是手机，都顺利接到了，只有Apple联系 不上我；
2. 我使用收费的400电话，等待了10分钟以上时间才询问到，后来转到其它客服时又是music，一直无人接听，只能挂机。算起来浪费了15分钟以上的电话费！
3. 我的系统拿到时已经能见到桌面，所以我在线升级了一次，这时iLife套件就没有了。我联系客服，得知如果第一次启动不是我做的，那么我的帐号就没法和机器绑定，所以我 无法自行download iLife，他们也没办法解决。令我奇怪的就是，我有Apple ID，也有在HK Suning购买的Mac机器，为什么Apple不能再次绑定或提供其它解决方案？我google查了下，自从Apple去掉U-Disk之后，大量用户遇到同一个问题 ！我除了说Apple产品及服务做得差，还能说啥？
4. 关于"Restore"按钮，实在是抱歉，是我的疏忽。我发现使用工具/程序删除的没有该菜单，但是如果手工删除，则能看见"Restore"按钮。
