Waterproof iPhone Case Evolution - OtterBox, LifeProof, now Liquipel?

I just saw an ad for Liquipel and checked out their web site. I am really curious to know if the process would void the Apple warranty?

States that the warranty does not apply to protective coatings, like Liquipel.

Usually the warranty is for techincal problems, like getting an unfixable error, jammed buttons, etc.

It doesn't work, take my word for it, had to find out the hard way!! It's ok if you get a little water on it like rain drops, but do not submerge it in water!

I'd buy a LifeProof case. I love mine, take it in the pool, the beach etc.

Check LifeProof Cases they are best for WaterProof Protection.

While your opinion of iPhone cases is certainly welcome, it really isn't necessary or productive to resurrect so many old threads on the subject. In many, if not most, cases, the OP is long gone and will never see your response. It would be more useful to simply wait until someone actually asks a question about cases.
