Any ideas hown to get it back to english also I can't seem to retern to the main apps page

Go the App Store on the iPad. Swipe to the bottom. Tap on your Apple ID. Tap view account. Enter your password. Swipe down to Change Country or Region. Select the UK.
You can also go to Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID, view account, enter password, etc....
I had the same issue.
I went to the App Store, pressed my ID at the bottom of the page -> View Apple ID and changed my Country to Canada, pressed agree and then back and changed it back to United States and went through the Agreement again and all the steps following it and my App Store reverted the menu buttons back to English.
The App Store in Mexico is in Spanish. It's not available in English.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the App Store page. In the bottom right corner you'll see a little flag button. Click it - you'll figure out what you need to do next.
I have scrolled down but I can not fing any flag button
Also I have now just returned back to uk and it is still in spanish

I have the same problem. I live in the USA and was in Mexico City for 2 weeks. My ipad received several apps to update but all in spanish. How did you solve your problem??? It may help me.
My apps shop keeps coming in spanish even tho i've set it up for english (I'm in mexico)
