Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I am using Pages for my word documents and password protected them since they are sensitive documents. Now I need to remove the password, however I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Can anyone help me please?!

Should be a simple matter of reversing the setting in the Document Inspector, then Saving the document. You will be required to enter the password to disable password protection.
Ans remember to Save the changes before closing. 😉

Thanks for the info however the Document Inspctor does not show up after I have saved a document and I am unsure of how to load it. It has also stopped showing up when I am creating a new page so perhaps I have somehow managed to shut it off without knowing?
Inspector button in the button bar (green arrow), OR
View (menu) Show Inspector OR
press option-command-I (as noted to the right of the item in the menu)
to show the Inspector.
In the Inspector, click the first icon (dog-eared page) to show the Document Inspector.

The only one which worked for me was 'Option-Command-I' so thank you so much! For some reason the Inspector does not show up for me under the View bar. In any case, you have solved my problem! Thanks so much Barry!
