Apple ID foundless disabled

Here in English (hope you'll understand I'm 7th grade):
So, my Apple ID is disabled. I don't know why, cause my iPod is at last 3 oder 4 weeks old (was a christmas present). And now, everytime I want download an App or something else in the AppStore, a window's opening, saying "Apple ID disabled" (or so). I've changed my ID and Password three times at last, but it's always the same problem. And 2 times, there was the false password! But I've wrote them on a note, so I usually shouldn't forget it 😉 my solution at last is, that a hacker could have done it... but I can't really say, so please answers! ... if sb knows of cours 😕
