Q: I dropped my Ipod on the floor.

I dropped my Ipod on a tile floor. Now it makes a clicking sound and won't play. The screen has a sad face Ipod. How do I fix it?

It's likely that the drop damaged the iPod's hard drive, meaning you'll need to have the iPod serviced in order to gain full functionality of it again.
