I have created my own instrument how can i move it to another computer?

I have been using Garageband for awhile now but one thing has stumped me. Once I have created my own instrument, named it, and saved it... how do I export that instrument to another computer? I have garageband running on both my imac and my macbook pro and I want to have these new instruments available on both systems... anyone have any ideas?

GarageBand (Mac) '11, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

the easiest way would be to use it in a project, save the project, move it to the other computer, open it, select the track with the new instrument, and use the Save Instrument button
