apple ID not working in Support

not sure where to post this question


I'm having problems with both my Apple IDs since the Support Communities / Boards were changed a few months ago.

My main Apple ID stopped working after the change.

I went back to my previous Apple ID which was working fine for a few months. Today I tried to post a new question and that Apple ID stopped working as well. I keep filling these forms in trying to get this resolved but never hear from anyone. I tried resetting the IDs but I never get the email the system promises.
