In the upper left of the Menu, click on the Apple icon & select About this Mac. It will show what OS you are using.

To determine what version of Safari you have, click once on the Safari icon to highlight it, and select Get Info under File in the Menu. It will show what version of Safari you are using.

If you again click on the Apple in the Menu, select Software Update. This will show if a newer version of Safari needs to be downloaded.

 Cheers, Tom 😉
