After every 5 to 10 mts. it show you need to restart your system.

The driver is incompatible. If at all possible, avoid USB wireless modems. The software is often of poor quality and causes problems. Use a mobile WiFi hotspot instead.

I used to connect a ad-hoc connection through my another laptop (windows 7) but it shows it has a self-ip address and cant connect internet.
That's an unrelated issue. First uninstall the ZTE software -- all of it. Then, if necessary, start a new topic with a descriptive title to address your other problem.
