Ok, so I know that this is not the place to ask this type of question, but there isn't really any other place to ask and I thought that the people here might know. Can I change a powerpoint project from a NEW version to an OLD version? I know how to change it from old to new, but I don't even know If what I want is possible. Any answers are appreciated!

I knew someone would say that... The forum was not helpful. If people here are grumpy after sitting in front of their computer for hours trying to answer questions so that they can get points, they are not obliged to answer. I was tight on time, does it affect you if I leave some time to get an answer? No. I am not going to seek further help on this topic because you don't seem to be very happy to work with a "non Apple program" that Apple uses.

Fascinating attitude from someone who can't even be bothered to state what Mac they have, what operating system, what version of Office they are running, and what version of Powerpoint they are changing to.

Yes, some of us spend hours here trying to help fellow users out of the goodness of our heart - and no other reward, but we are not clairvoyant.

That word was ill used. I said that I knew someone would say something like "You only allow 26 minutes!" Also, if you would take the time to look at mty first post you can see the Mac I have and what operating system. It does not matter about the versions of office. All I wanted to know was if the new could be turned to old, that is information enough. Also, not many people truly do do it out of the goodness of their hearts (no offense to them).

Yes it does, and no it isn't.

Best of luck on the Microsoft forum for Microsoft products. Don't forget to omit all relevant details from your question, that speeds things up a lot.

It'd be best to post in a Microsoft forum; you are posting on an Apple forum for iMacs - not everyone who has an iMac also runs MS software, so posting in a forum where they actually use the product seems to be an excellent suggestion. I can't help because I do not run anything MS.

There are also forums here that deal with MS stuff - you can find them here:

And, FWIW, we are all volunteers here - users trying to help other users. Being anything but polite does not help.
