I would recommend getting Mac OS X Lion: The Missing Manual.

It sounds like you may be a recent switcher from MS WIndows. In that case I would strongly recommend bookmarking and using these links:

Your welcome, spend some time on those links. Learning OS X is pretty easy however those links and that book will give you lots of refrence material to use.
