I haven't charged my IPAD in about a month now and I really need to use it now and it won't charge or at least it doesnt seem like its charging. PLEASE HELP!

Use the wall-mount charger that came with the unit and charge it overnight. Do not use a computer USB port. Do not use an iPod/iPhone charger.
Battery technology has come a long way in the past several years. Your battery might be totally discharged but I doubt that it's truly dead. Good luck and please post back with results.
If the battery was completely drained it could take 20 minutes on the charger before it indicates that it is actually charging?
It will take about 3 hours to charge to 90% and 4 hours to charge to 100%.
