Old 13-inch white Macbook - New battery

I bought a white 13-inch Macbook in the beginning of 2008. The battery is now dead, and I want to buy a new one. I was told to buy a battery called NA561, but in Apple Store i can't find where the name of the battery is written. I found this: http://store.apple.com/dk/product/MA561G/A, but then I wondered. Does it fit to my old white Macbook? Since I bought mine there has been made a new edition/design of the 13-inch Macbook. Do all white Macbooks use the same battery or does it depend on the edition of the Macbook?

All white MacBooks from Early 2006 through Mid 2009 use the same battery. That one from apple will work but you can get one for a lot less on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=macbook+white+battery&_sacat=0&LH_BIN=1&_sop =12&_dmpt=Laptop_Batteries&_odkw=macbook+black+battery&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c 0.m270.l1313

Remember to calibrate it when you install it. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1490
