How do I delete an iPhone app from iTunes

I know how to delete an iPhone app driectly from my phone, but i can't seem to get it to delete in iTunes. Can anyone tell me how i delete the apps still stored in iTunes that i know longer want?

From iTunes select the Apps window - select the app you want to delete with a control click - you will get a dialog.
