Can't report problem with iTunes purchase

I have a problem trying to report an issue with 2 of the songs I downloaded. It was difficult following the directions from the iTunes download issue article because I was not able to pick individual song to report about like on the 7th step and beyond from the article.

Is there anything I can do to report a problem with the tracks I downloaded?
