am getting iCloud set up in my preferences, but don't understand what "back to my mac" means for the iCloud to turn on or not. Any ideas? Thanks!~

so this is good if you have 2 mac's? i dont understand how it works still...
When you connect to the other mac, a window opens with the desktop of the other mac in it. You can move the mouse around within the window, select and open documents and applications and enter text through your own keyboard as though you were sat in front of the mac yourself.
so this really doesn't apply if i only have one mac computer then right? or does it mean i can access my computer from ANY computer logging into with icloud?
Yes any mac that logs into the same iCloud account as you.

I have the same question, almost: if I am away on holiday from my iMac, can I use Back to My Mac on my iPad to reach my iMac?
