Ibaby Monitor setup problem

I am having trouble getting my ibaby monitor to work on wifi. The camera works as expected when I have it connected directly to my time capsule. Following the Wifi setup prompts, when I disconnect the camera from the time capsule when it is restarting, it never finds my wifi network. password is right. Is there as setting in the time capsule that needs to be adjusted to make this setup work properly?
