i have a powermac g5 can i use any agp video card

It has to be Mac specific, or flashed to Mac ROMs if a like PC AGP card.

OEM Apple or flashed to Mac ROM is absolutely necessary for a graphics card.

Best performance value for an AGP card in a G5 is a flashed Geforce 6800 GT.

One of the best OEM cards is theGeforce 6800 Ultra.

The other top OEM is the Radeon X800XT.

I'm buying a MacBook Pro and have a AGP GeForce 6800 Ultra in my G5 which I am considering selling.

the card is in mint conditions and I still have the original box.

I only use Logic on dual monitors, so it has not been pushed hard at all.
