Anybody know of a third party driver for the Canon Selphy cp510 photo printer?

See my post on the forums https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3205750?answerId=17628608022#17628608022. You will also need to refer to instructions earlier in that discussion chain, but you should be able to get the CP510 working with Lion.
