Logic is missing plugins. How do i fix this?

My old hard drive failed. I reinstalled logic on the new one. I was able to transfer old projects to my new hard drive, but now Logic is missing plugins. This is the message i get

User uploaded file

I can't use the plugins in a new project either. First, when i went to install Logic again i was missing Audio Content One Disc. And thought this was the problem, but then i was able to get Audio Content one online and continued installing all my other disks. Once the installation process was complete, and I opened Logic nothing changed at all.

Hi Jack

Hope you managed to resolve your issue, I am a Logic 9 user with similar circumstances, moved hard drive by cloning and found the missing plugins. Difference with my situation is that the Plugins were third party and the native plugins were preserverd.

So in your instance your native plugins may be effected by a permissions, worth checking. So you could open Disk Utility > repair permissions on the Macintosh HD boot disk.

If not I have also read trashing the AudioUnits cache. It is here: /Users/'you'/Library/Caches

Then doing Audion Units rescan can help repair issues.

Choose Logic > Preference > Audio Units manager > rescan.
