My iMessage is waiting for activation for a long time now and it does not work. I've tried to restore but it still not working, and it's getting me frustaded.

Is iMessage on? It should be accessible in Settings<Messages<iMessage.
Yes it's on, it's just waiting for activation.
I now can send messages via iMessage but they won't get delivred.
I would check to make sure the recepient has iMessage as well. One thing you can do is change the contact # in your phone to iPhone instead of Mobile.
If all else fails, try a restore (back up to computer first) and see if this problem still happens.
