Q: My iPod announces the current and previous songs that have been played when I touch it.

For some reason my iPod 6th generation announces the current song or album being played AND the past or last album that was played when I touch it. How do I turn off this feature?

Sounds like VoiceOver has been activated. See this article for instructions on how to turn it off.
