Artisan 835 and iPad and Airprint
I see Epson's Artisan 837 supports airprint but do not see Artisan 835. Does it support Airprint or is that an update for the 837?

Maybe try to make a firmware update of your printer.
I've had the same issue with a HP printer, until I've noticed that I wasn't using the latest firmware.
