I'd like to publish some audiobooks (as individual author & speaker) on the Itunes store but I didn't find any link for istructions.
(I found a lot about podcast but nothing about selling audiobooks...)
Could someone help me?

I have the same question.
The only way to get your audiobook published in iTunes is to go through an aggregator. There are a ton out there, but the best one I know of is open book audio. They help self-published and indie authors publish their books through iTunes, audible, amazon and a bunch of places. Here's their website: www.openbookaudio.com
